From Long Beach To Lakewood
After building his electrical business, Dang returned to pursue his passion for cooking. **When the previous owners neared retirement, Dang and his family took over Lemongrass & Chili, keeping the chef in the kitchen and bringing many familiar Vietnamese and Thai favorites from Long Beach to Lakewood.** Today, the family continues that tradition while sharing comforting dishes with the community.
